We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all IMAGE09 Entrants in the Australian and New Zealand PPS 2009 Image Colour and Style Competition. Well done! Please also convey our congratulations to your team who also contributed to your entries.

The PPS 2009 Image Colour and Style Competition is a Bi-Annual Event that is growing in prestige to the Australian and New Zealand Hairdresser. The opportunity for every member of your salon team to participate in styling, colour and men’s up and coming looks has seen many creative entries in 2009. The Judging panel looked for a finished look that was a hair specific image but with an eye for all aspects of the look including make-up and fashion styling. The overall feedback from our judges was that this year entries definitely brought this to the forefront and judging was not seen as an easy task.

As well as national recognition all of the Judge’s Choice Awards for IMAGE09 will be taking home the following prizes:

National Senior Stylist/Colourist
• A travel voucher to the value of $2500
• 2009 PPS Image trophy
• Publication of Winning Image on the PPS Website
• Trade media exposure

National Apprentice Stylist/Colourist
• A travel voucher to the value of $1000
• 2009 PPS Image trophy
• Publication of Winning Image on the PPS Website
• Trade media exposure
